On July 26, 2024, Mother Africa International participated in the 1st International Business, Governance, and Accounting Conference in Kariba under the theme "Cross Industry Transformation through Artificial Intelligence Research Fair." This event brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and AI researchers to explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can drive innovation across various sectors.

Representing Mother Africa International, Tirivashe Marinda presented an AI-powered House Price Prediction model, which received recognition for its transformative potential in real estate valuation. The Honourable Speaker of Parliament of Zimbabwe, Hon. Jacob Mudenda, along with other distinguished guests, acknowledged the model’s innovative approach and impact on the industry. A special mention goes to Mr. Patrick Maseko, Executive Head of Innovation at ZB Bank, for his insightful feedback and support in advancing AI-driven financial and real estate solutions.
