About Us

Eighteen years of dedicated service to African communities, building sustainable futures through comprehensive development programs.

About Mother Africa International

Mother Africa International is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with consultative status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since 2023. This recognition gives our team a direct voice in global policy discussions and allows community representatives to present local concerns at UN forums. Founded in 2006, we began with one pilot project in rural Cameroon. Today our programs reach families in Zimbabwe, Nigeria, and Namibia, where we hold full legal registration. From our headquarters in New York we handle compliance, fundraising, and technical support. Day-to-day activities are designed and led by local partners who understand their communities best.
